At LSPT we love our group classes. so many friendships have been made over the years between our participants. I believe to have success with your healthy lifestyle, getting your family and friends on board is essential. Regular exercise is key for our bodies and hanging out with friends and family is also important. Therefore, combining these two elements is an excellent way to motivate you and to get yourself on the fast track of reaching your goals.

Some people exercise alone to stay focused or because of personal preference, but working our with a friend or family member or in a group setting helps boost motivation and overall performance. Below I have listed some benefits to working out in a group or with a friend.

Workouts will be fun

The gym can be a boring place, but not at LSPT. With our ever-changing workout routines, fun music and great atmosphere, our clients are energized and work harder because they enjoy being at the gym. The time flies by and the calorie burn is amazing!

Your group or friend is counting on you

After a hard day or long night, you make not want to go to the gym, but you show up because your workout partner is depending on you! The more you show up, the better results you achieve. Over time you build stamina and enhanced performance which will help you reap the full benefits of your exercise program.

Affording the service of a Personal Trainer

Your may not be able to afford a personal trainer alone, but attending group classes at LSPT will help you get the benefits of working with a trainer without paying the extra cost. You can also share the cost of a trainer by scheduling small group sessions.  Our group and personal trainers offer their expertise and help you with your fitness by showing correct form, modifying moves for all skill levels, changing up your workouts and providing you with nutrition tips. In the end, our trainers can give you valuable insights to your diet, push your harder than working out on your own and provide you with a fun and challenging class or session to keep your friend and your motivated.
