Working with children to not only help improve their athletic ability but also teach them healthy habits is one area I really enjoy. For our Speed, Agility and Flexibility Training, we do a variety of exercises to keep the kids engaged and to better their footwork and speed. We also focus on strengthening their core and increasing their flexibility. Nutrition, Self-Esteem and being a good teammate are topics I focus on with every group These discussions are vital to growing and maturing children/athletes and are presented in a positive way to help better them in life!
