Happy Thanksgiving!Thanksgiving Cornucopia

At LSPT we are extremely thankful for our loyal clients!  We hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I wanted to share my Spinach Cobb Salad I will be taking to Thanksgiving dinner. l wanted to give you a Turkey Day Workout to accomplish Thanksgiving morning as well. Enjoy your day with your family and friends and try to be healthy and fit at the same time!

Lindsey’s Spinach Cobb Salad

6 cups chopped fresh spinach
4 pieces bacon – cooked and cut in small pieces
2 large boiled eggs – sliced
2 Roma tomatoes- diced
1/2 red onion diced
3 ounces goat cheese

Mix together and serve with blue cheese dressing. Nutrition facts based on 1 tbsp per serving
