1. Split your workout up throughout the day. Sneak in 2 or 3 ten minute sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening.
2. Make working out fun! Join group classes or friends to help you enjoy the process.
3. Save time by eating out less. Less driving to a restaurant and more walking…let’s work on your waistline.
4. Find a trainer to hold you accountable. Show up and work hard; your results are based on what you put into your health.
5. Take exercise one day at a time. Start small and build up to doing more each week.
6. Early mornings are a great option for exercise because very little will get in your way but find a time that works best for you and stick to it so you can form a healthy habit.
7. Have others in your home join you. Make exercise important for all the family!
8. Simply self-reflect. Be honest with yourself and stop with the excuses. Exercise has many benefits so spend less time trying to find reasons not to and just get it done!
