I love group fitness! Our classes motivate me to work with other people who have similar health interests as myself and they push me harder in my exercise than I do when working out alone. At LSPT, our classes are designed for any fitness level. We give modifications for those who need them and give that extra push to others who need that as well!
I also appreciate individuals wanting to workout alone so this is why I offer personal training. But for now, I am going to tell you the benefits of our group classes at LSPT.

I measure all my clients (if they want me to) when you join the gym and then every 4 weeks. It is a wonderful way to track your progress when seeing your inches drop, your body fat change and your BMI (body mass index) improve.
