This week we celebrated the 5th Anniversary of the gym. I have had my business for 12 years but we just recently built our own location 5 years ago on November 1st, 2015. Before then I would do classes in my basement, my backyard, at parks, parking lots, offices, car dealerships and barns. Oh the memories!
I am so glad we now have a place to call home! LSPT has created awesome results for so many and we pride ourselves in teaching others to live a balanced life of health, happiness and a piece of chocolate every now and then! 🙂
I recently asked some of my clients What they have learned from LSPT? I wanted to share their answers with you. We have so much to teach and would love to share that knowledge and results with you!
What have I learned from LSPT?
Morgan -I CAN do a push-up
Tracy – TRX makes my triceps sore, but I have fun working out with great instructors and friends.
Heather – That no matter how active I am, it is my food (carbs) that I really need to pay attention to.
Gina – It is so important to make time for workouts…even if it means getting up in the dark…. in the cold…. at 4:45 a.m. I feel confident and have more energy for the whole day! TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Karissa – Tracking food is NECESSARY!
Sam – I actually can cook meals that are edible and healthy.
Lesley – Everyday brings a challenge and having a goal keeps me on track.
Cassie – Meal prepping is very important or I make bad decisions. Also if I screw up a few days, LSPT new workouts will help me get back on track.
