Join us Thursdays in October for a new intro to boot camp class. This will be a great way to get you comfortable in the gym and ease you into your workout routine. We will do a variety of strength and core exercises with some modified cardio. The class is 4 weeks from 6:30- 7 p.m. You only need a yoga mat and water. It starts on October 2nd and the cost is $35.
