It’s barbeque season so make sure to stay on track this summer by taking a healthy dish to your party and keep your portion sizes small. There’s a lot of delicious foods at a summertime bbq and sometimes in social settings, we lose our willpower and focus on eating healthy.

  1. Avoid the bread – stay away from hotdog/hamburger buns
  2. Take a healthy dish to share
  3. Limit your portions
  4. Don’t show up starving
  5. Eat/serve lean protein
  6. Drink water in between your alcoholic beverages
