Varying your exercise routine is very important to us at LSPT. We believe changing up our clients’ fitness routines will help them in the following areas.
Prevent Boredom
Research has shown that adding variety to an exercise program can improve output and results. The diversification in our routines make for harder workouts and our job as trainers, much more fun! LSPT clients enjoy the variation and know they will always be challenged. All of our trainers make it a priority to ensure participants seldom see the same workout twice.
Avoiding a Plateau
Changing up your workouts help to challenge your body to not reach a plateau from adapting to repetitive training. There are several ways we help to spice up our routines at the gym. We have a variety of classes, a wide array of exercise equipment as well as we also try to get outside to use our outdoor turf, which provides a bigger area for workout FUN!
